Look: An orange salmon color with the same color rims. Clean and bright.
Sniff: Clean with high intensity. Aromas of fresh tropical fruits like mango, lichees and white stone fruits.
Taste: A pleasant surprise with low alcohol content and fresh acidity, and light consistency. Make for and easy drink. In mouth more candied fruit prevails that invite to have another glass.
Food suggestions: Perfect accompaniment to foie, cheese, cakes and ice cream.
