Look: Clean and bright with a medium cape. It has a red garnet color with rims of the same color.
Sniff: Intense. varied aromas prevail such as, compote of red berries, leather, truffle and hint of cedar. Spicy notes are present.
Taste: In the mouth its tertiary aromas are noticed as a result of its aging in barrel. Mineral and jamy notes are present. It has a highly polished tannin with a balance of acidity and alcohol. Long finish.
Food suggestions: It is the great companion of aged meats, as well as game meats. Perfect for rice with game meat and aged cheeses. For the brave try with 70% or higher dark chocolate.
