Angel Manto Negro 500, is an elegant, fine wine with character and structure at the same time. As a result of a reduction in yield in the vineyard to 2000 kg / ha, it results in this singular black mantle as seen from the beginning in its color.
Look: Clean, bright medium robe. Garnet red with edges of the same color.
Sniff: Aromatic and elegant, mentholated touches appear, hints of rosemary mixed with notes of chocolate, smoked, compotes and mineral touches.
Taste: On the palate it is subtle, but with character. Mild toasting of the wood is tasted, black fruits, flowers and fresh touches of aromatic herbs appear.
Food suggestions: Perfect companion for meats of all kinds, stews, as well as sausages.

AGING: 500 days in French oak barrels type Jerez, 600 liters with a much greater thickness of wood, thus we achieve a very slow micro-oxygenation and the perfect complement between the wine and the barrel.

Conservation: Well preserved in optimal conditions of temperature and humidity, this wine will remain in good condition for 8-10 years.
