Tasting notes
Look: Color is a pale yellow with golden ribets; clean and bright.
Sniff: Clean, with medium-high intensity. Gives aromas of fresh floral, fruit and aromatic herbs. The white stone fruits stand out with hints of fennel.
Taste: An alive wine with it adequate level of acidity. Fruity and floral notes prevail with its long and fresh finish.
Food suggestions: Perfect to pair with shellfish, fish, salads and different types of mousse.
