Tasting notes
Look: Clean, medium cape, presents a cherry red color with ruby rims.
Sniff: Intense and clean. Mixed aromas of black and red fruit stand out. Notes of soft roasted notes, some spices and smoked notes appear.oa prevail.
Taste: Explosion of wild berries, licorice and mineral flavor. A smooth of well polished tannins. Acidy and alcohol are present and well integrated.
Food suggestions: A versatility wine, pairs well with white and red meats, vegetables and even fatty fish.
